Senate can't debate the information without President Obama signing the bill. The Republican campaign is against of the health care benefits and tax credits of small businesses. Now, the government is using $940 billion for insurance. Americans now need the pay health insurance after the bill is signed. The vote will be done soon they say, of what will the do to the bill.
